BROEN-LAB UniFlex™ wall mounted fittings with a swivel spout and plastic inner tube ensure secure and efficient connections for gases and liquids in laboratories. To start, their robust construction, featuring a full swivel action spout, allows flexible and precise operation. Additionally, the plastic inner tube, made from Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), maintains high purity and prevents contamination, making it ideal for purified water and sensitive media.
Moreover, these fittings feature a durable polypropylene handle and a removable polypropylene hose nozzle, ensuring easy maintenance and long-term reliability. Furthermore, the BROEN-LAB POLYCOAT powder coating enhances resistance to chemicals, UV fading, and heat, preserving performance in demanding conditions.
Most importantly, the UniFlex™ system supports various connection methods, including hoses, Cu, PEX, or stainless steel pipes, without requiring valve replacement. As a result, it reduces total installed costs (TIC) while increasing efficiency for installers and end-users. These features make it a practical and adaptable choice for laboratory setups.
