Description

BROEN UniFlex™ BASIC Turret Fittings for burning gases prioritize both safety and efficiency in laboratory environments. To begin with, each fitting includes a ceramic press/turn safety headwork with a 90° opening/closing function, preventing unintended valve openings. This ensures a secure and controlled gas flow, making these fittings highly dependable for laboratory use.

Moreover, the fittings undergo surface treatment with BROEN-LAB POLYCOAT powder coating, delivering exceptional resistance against chemicals, UV fading, and heat. This enhances their durability, ensuring long-lasting reliability in demanding conditions. Additionally, they come with either a fixed metal nozzle or a quick-release coupling, allowing for easy and immediate connection and disconnection based on specific needs.

Furthermore, customization options are available, enabling users to select different headworks to meet precise safety and flow regulation requirements. These fittings offer versatility, making them suitable for handling natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and other low-pressure bottle gases. Most importantly, their robust construction and user-friendly features ensure optimal performance while maintaining compliance with modern laboratory standards.

Each fitting includes a 700mm SS flexible pipe with an OD12mm inlet connection. Additionally, possible configurations allow users to manage natural gas or liquefied petroleum efficiently.
