BROEN-LAB UniFlex™ double wall fittings with straight valves provide a reliable solution for laboratory environments, especially for handling non-burning 2.0 gases. To start, these gases—99% pure—include compressed air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and argon, ensuring consistent and efficient performance. Additionally, the fittings feature a sturdy construction with a fixed metal nozzle, allowing secure and lasting connections.
Moreover, the straight valve design enables effortless operation and precise gas flow control, making it ideal for laboratories requiring accuracy. Users can fine-tune media flow with the needle headwork, which fully opens after three 360° handle rotations. Furthermore, for applications needing increased flow rates, the high-flow headwork option enhances efficiency.
In addition, when microscopic flow control is necessary, the micro-flow headwork provides extremely fine adjustments. Most importantly, the BROEN-LAB POLYCOAT powder coating adds superior resistance against chemicals, UV fading, and heat.
